A book signing ceremony was held at Notre Dame University (NDU) for Dr. Philip Salem, “Omar in Defense of Lebanon.” Following the signing, a symposium was held on “A New Law for Political Parties in Lebanon,” with the participation of Dr. Antoine Messara, Dr. Rizk Zgheib, Dr. Tony Atallah, and Dr. Walid Safi. The symposium was moderated by Attorney Amin Bashir.
Notre Dame University President Father Bechara El Khoury delivered a speech in which he emphasized that the university produces strong and prominent national leaders and men. He emphasized that Notre Dame University is “a quarry for men,” graduating thousands of students who are shaping a bright future for Lebanon.
